Veronique studied kinesitherapy and integrative psychotherapy in Europe and worked for over 20 years as a mind-body therapist with both children and adults.

She believes in the mind-body connection, and is convinced that thoughts, feelings, beliefs and attitudes can positively or negatively affect your biological functioning. In other words, your mind can affect your body and health, and your body can affect your mind.

Following her convictions, she consequently specialized in several mind-body therapies.

In 2005, she received her Master Specialist Caycedian Sophrology degree, after being coached and mentored by Prof. Dr. Alfonso Caycedo, the creator and founder of this discipline.

Her mission is to provide as many people as possible with more awareness of life and achieve greater consciousness as it happens. In her opinion, being present and mindful is undoubtedly the only way to enjoy life to its fullest.

Veronique studied Mindfulness-based Cognitive therapy. She also attended several seminars with Dr. Jon and Myla Kabat-Zinn, Prof. Marc Williams, Jack Kornfield and more. Veronique feels blessed and fortunate, and as such is appreciative and thankful to every teacher who crossed her path. In 2008 she received her certificate as a qualified Mindfulness trainer and subsequently wrote a mindfulness program for children. The wellbeing of children is very close to her heart.

Her techniques bring people to that point where they can discover what is the essence of who they are really. With Veronique, they discover and understand the core of their being right down to their fingerprint. and soul. They also learn that place where they can find genuine inner peace. Being a woman, she believes that the true beauty of a woman is reflected by her soul. To help women uncover their inner beauty, she acquired the certification for soul coaching for women in the Netherlands.

In 2015, she moved to the United States where in addition to sophrology coaching, she discovered her creative and artistic side, starting her own jewelry line. She also stumbled onto a new passion: Tai Chi. Being a natural achiever and perfectionist, she is now a certified Tai chi instructor.

It is Veronique’s dream to share over 3 decades of experience to the community and teach women in various phases of their lives, often stressed and distressed, a method to reestablish their balance, trigger the happiness that is naturally within them and stimulate vitality, allowing them to perform with energy and become the best of themselves.
